Combining Natasha’s personal coaching sessions with her weight-management groups has been fantastic. I have permanently changed my eating habits and found ways to easily incorporate exercise that I really enjoy into my lifestyle. Natasha’s coaching has helped me to not only understand the benefits of adopting a healthier lifestyle, but to also implement those changes. Her suggestions have helped me change my diet which has given me more energy and has also led me to losing some weight. I can now fit into clothes that I wasn’t able to a couple of years ago.
